What this site collects, and what happens to it.
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message, and it collects them for one reason: so the association can write back. That information is not sold, rented, or shared outside the association.
When you register for an event, the association stores your name, email address, phone number, unit affiliation, any note you leave, and the names you give for the people in your party. That information exists to run the event — seating, catering numbers, and getting in touch if plans change — and is not sold, rented, or shared outside the association.
If you are given a link to add your guests' names, treat it as you would a ticket: anyone holding it can edit that party's names. It shows no email address, phone number, or payment detail.
When online payments open, card details will be handled by Stripe and will never touch this site. The association will see who gave and how much — not a card number.
This page will grow once the association adopts a formal privacy policy and the donor-disclosure language that goes with it.
