The contact form collects your name, email address, and message, and it collects them for one reason: so the association can write back. That information is not sold, rented, or shared outside the association.

The affiliation form collects your name, email address, optional phone, battalion, and whether you are already USFAA through another chapter. We keep that list so we can reach you when USFAA lists the 29th DIVARTY chapter in Member Compass. It is not sold, rented, or shared outside the association.

When you register for an event, the association stores your name, email address, phone number, unit affiliation, any note you leave, and the names you give for the people in your party. That information exists to run the event — seating, catering numbers, and getting in touch if plans change — and is not sold, rented, or shared outside the association.

If you are given a link to add your guests' names, treat it as you would a ticket: anyone holding it can edit that party's names. It shows no email address, phone number, or payment detail.

When you donate, register, or become a plank owner, card details go through Stripe — this site never sees your card number. The association sees who paid and how much, not the card itself.
